O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, e o Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador JORGE HENRIQUE VALLE DOS SANTOS, Supervisor das Varas da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais etc.<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>o disposto na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00b0 010\/2017, deste e. TJES, que disp\u00f5e sobre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e o funcionamento do Grupo de Monitoramento e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema Socioeducativo (GMF-SS);<\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>a necessidade de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo de trabalho do GMF-SS institu\u00eddo pelo Ato Normativo Conjunto 022\/2018<\/a> (DJe 24.05.2018);<\/p>\n

RESOLVEM:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba\u00a0– Incluir como Ju\u00edzes Colaboradores do Grupo de Monitoramento do Sistema Socioeducativo (GMF-SS) vinculado \u00e0 Presid\u00eancia deste Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a e inserido na estrutura da Supervis\u00e3o da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, os magistrados EDUARDO GERALDO DE MATOS HENRIQUEZ e CARLOS MADEIRA ABAD<\/del>, para a consecu\u00e7\u00e3o das atribui\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no art. 3\u00ba\u00a0da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00b0 010\/2017, sem preju\u00edzo de suas atividades jurisdicionais.\u00a0ALTERADO PELO<\/span> ATO NORMATIVO CONJUNTO N\u00ba010\/2023<\/a> DISP. 22\/05\/2023<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0– Excluir a Dra. REGINA LUCIA DE SOUZA FERREIRA do Grupo de Monitoramento do Sistema Socioeducativo (GMF-SS).<\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba – Este Ato entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
