O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, e o Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador JORGE HENRIQUE VALLE DOS SANTOS, Supervisor das Varas da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais etc.<\/p>\n

\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>a prioridade afeta \u00e0 coordena\u00e7\u00e3o, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de atendimento \u00e0 inf\u00e2ncia e juventude no \u00e2mbito do PJES, nos termos do art. 227, da CF\/88, e art. 152, \u00a71\u00ba, da Lei 8069\/90;<\/p>\n

\n

CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>o disposto no artigo 3\u00ba, \u00a71\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00b0 009\/2010, deste e. TJES, ao estabelecer que a Coordenadoria das Varas da Inf\u00e2ncia e da Juventude poder\u00e1 contar com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o ou assessoria de outros magistrados, sem dispensa da fun\u00e7\u00e3o jurisdicional;<\/p>\n

RESOLVEM:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba\u00a0– Designar como Ju\u00edzes Colaboradores da Coordenadoria das Varas da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude os magistrados RICHARDA AGUIAR LITTIG, VLADSON COUTO BITTENCOURT, VIVIANE BRITO BORILLE, LORENA MIRANDA LARANJA DO AMARAL, EWERTON NICOLI, FELIPE LEITAO GOMES, MARCELO SOARES CUNHA, GIDEON DRESCHER e EDUARDO GERALDO DE MATOS HENRIQUEZ, na forma do art. 3\u00ba, \u00a71\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00b0 009\/2010, sem preju\u00edzo de suas atividades jurisdicionais.<\/p>\n

\n

Art. 2\u00ba – Este Ato entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
