Altera a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do grupo de Trabalho do 4\u00ba Centro Judici\u00e1rio de Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Conflitos e Cidadania, institu\u00eddo pelo ato normativo 124\/2018 alterado pelo Ato normativo n\u00ba 159\/2018<\/a>, com atua\u00e7\u00e3o em 2\u00ba Grau.<\/del><\/p>\n

O\u00a0Excelent\u00edssimo Desembargador\u00a0<\/strong>RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA<\/strong>,<\/strong>\u00a0Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais<\/del><\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Al<\/strong>terar<\/strong>\u00a0o art. 3\u00ba do ato normativo\u00a0<\/strong>124\/2018<\/a>, alterado pelo\u00a0<\/strong>ato 159\/2018<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0para que esse passe a vigorar com o seguinte texto:<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

O Grupo de Trabalho ser\u00e1 composto pelos magistrados abaixo designados, sem preju\u00edzo do exerc\u00edcio das fun\u00e7\u00f5es em suas respectivas unidades judici\u00e1rias:<\/del><\/p>\n
