Decis\u00e3o\/Of\u00edcio CMFE n\u00ba 0981\/2018 de fls 175\/181, proferida nos autos do Processo Administrativo Disciplinar n\u00ba 2015.00.862.463\/ 0015680-65.2019.8.08.0000, bem como o v. ac\u00f3rd\u00e3o de fls. 236\/246, que manteve a decis\u00e3o proferida por esta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>R<\/strong><strong>ESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Aplicar<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e0<strong>\u00a0Sr<\/strong><strong>\u00aa<\/strong><strong>.\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Maria Am\u00e1lia Pereira dos Anjos<\/strong>, Delegat\u00e1ria Titular do Cart\u00f3rio de Registro Civil e Tabelionato do Distrito de Jabaquara, Comarca de Anchieta\/ES, a pena de suspens\u00e3o pelo per\u00edodo de<strong>20<\/strong><strong>\u00a0(<\/strong><strong>vinte<\/strong><strong>) dias<\/strong>, tudo de acordo com disposto no artigo 32, III, da Lei n\u00ba 8.935\/94.
