Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com circunscri\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">a Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 9\/2020, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que disp\u00f5e sobre a necessidade de as corregedorias gerais dos ramos do Poder Judici\u00e1rio nacional observarem medidas tempor\u00e1rias de preven\u00e7\u00e3o ao cont\u00e1gio pelo novo Coronav\u00edrus (COVID-19) e d\u00e1 outras orienta\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">a necessidade de se manter a presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os p\u00fablicos no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio nacional;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"pt-BR\"><strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong><\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">\u00a0aos\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"pt-BR\">delegat\u00e1rios de cart\u00f3rio extrajudicial que adotem rotinas de trabalho e h\u00e1bitos de higiene que possam prevenir a transmiss\u00e3o do novo Coronav\u00edrus, possibilitando, caso entendam necess\u00e1rio, a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de sistema de rod\u00edzio da for\u00e7a de trabalho em cada unidade cartor\u00e1ria, sem preju\u00edzo do atendimento ao p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Publique-se.
