Sr. Desembargador Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a\u00a0do Estado\u00a0do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador\u00a0<strong>NEY BATISTA COUTINHO<\/strong>\u00a0no\u00a0uso\u00a0de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplinar e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro judicial e extrajudicial, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme artigo 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o encaminhada pelo Presidente da Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil &#8211; Se\u00e7\u00e3o do Esp\u00edrito Santo (OAB- ES), a fim de que esta Corregedoria d\u00ea ci\u00eancia aos Tabeli\u00e3es de Protestos de T\u00edtulos e Documentos da inexist\u00eancia de obje\u00e7\u00e3o legal de protesto dos contratos de honor\u00e1rios firmado entre advogados e sociedade de advogados e seus clientes;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que inexiste obje\u00e7\u00e3o legal para o protesto de contratos de honor\u00e1rios advocat\u00edcios;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a decis\u00e3o proferida no processo n\u00famero 7002979-50.2019.8.08.0000, em tr\u00e2mite nesta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA<\/strong>\u00a0aos delegat\u00e1rios dos Cart\u00f3rios de Protesto de T\u00edtulos e Documentos do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo acerca da inexist\u00eancia de obje\u00e7\u00e3o legal de protesto dos contratos de honor\u00e1rios firmado entre advogados e sociedade de advogados e seus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESPIRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 7\/2020 &#8211; ASSESSORIA JURIDICA DA CORREGEDORIA &nbsp; &nbsp; O Exmo.
