INSTITUI A EQUIPE DE TRABALHO DO PROJETO CARAVANA DA JUSTI\u00c7A E D\u00c1 OUTRAS PROVID\u00caNCIAS.<\/del><\/p>\n

O Excelent\u00edssimo Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo , no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no art. 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 15\/95 \u2013 Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 que atribui ao Presidente a compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado.<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos do Ato Normativo n\u00ba 055\/2013<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a de 21 de maio de 2013, que instituiu, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, o Projeto Caravana da Justi\u00e7a.<\/del><\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 Instituir a equipe de trabalho que atuar\u00e1 na Caravana da Justi\u00e7a, sem preju\u00edzo da inclus\u00e3o de outros servidores atrav\u00e9s de ato da Presid\u00eancia do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, a qual ser\u00e1 integrada pelos membros abaixo nominados, todos sob chefia do Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro da Comarca Sede, a quem caber\u00e1 a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhos e homologa\u00e7\u00e3o dos acordos realizados na Caravana nas localidades descritas no ato normativo 055\/2013<\/a> e do Chefe de Gabinete da Presid\u00eancia deste Tribunal, Dr. Bruno Alves de Souza Toledo.<\/del><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>– O Grupo de Trabalho ficar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel por promover os atos executivos necess\u00e1rios ao bom andamento do mutir\u00e3o de concilia\u00e7\u00e3o nos processos elencados no art. 2\u00ba do Ato Normativo 055\/2013<\/a>, podendo, ainda, atuar em concilia\u00e7\u00f5es, quando necess\u00e1rio, bem como proceder a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o do or\u00e7amento participativo e operacionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica para o funcionamento do projeto Caravana da Justi\u00e7a.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 Autorizar a concess\u00e3o de di\u00e1rias \u00e0 equipe acima constitu\u00edda, observando-se a atua\u00e7\u00e3o isolada de cada membro da equipe, tendo em vista estar, desde j\u00e1, autorizado o revezamento dos participantes, quando necess\u00e1rio.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba <\/strong>\u2013 O presente grupo de trabalho poder\u00e1 contar com a valiosa atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos Ju\u00edzes aposentados que desejarem participar do projeto, bastando, para tanto, a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o neste sentido junto ao N\u00facleo Permanente de M\u00e9todos Consensuais de Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Conflitos, a quem se aplica normatiza\u00e7\u00e3o espec\u00edfica.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 5\u00ba<\/strong>– Este ato Normativo entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p>\n
