{"id":3048,"date":"2016-06-27T16:29:06","date_gmt":"2016-06-27T19:29:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=3048"},"modified":"2017-05-25T14:07:47","modified_gmt":"2017-05-25T17:07:47","slug":"ato-normativo-no-0562013-disp-21052013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/06\/27\/ato-normativo-no-0562013-disp-21052013\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 056\/2013 &#8211; DISP. 21\/05\/2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>N\u00daCLEO DE COMISS\u00d5ES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 56\/2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-107-de-06042010\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 107<\/a>, de 06 de abril de 2010, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que instituiu o F\u00f3rum Nacional do Judici\u00e1rio para monitoramento e resolu\u00e7\u00e3o das demandas de assist\u00eancia \u00e0 sa\u00fade;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de atualizar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Executivo do F\u00f3rum Nacional da Sa\u00fade no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o prevista no artigo 1\u00ba, \u00a7 2\u00ba da Portaria n\u00ba 25, de 22 de mar\u00e7o de 2011, da lavra do Ministro Cezar Peluso, Presidente do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Alterar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/05\/17\/ato-normativo-no-1532011-disp-08112011\/\" target=\"_blank\">Comit\u00ea Executivo Estadual do F\u00f3rum Nacional da Sa\u00fade<\/a> no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, com o intuito de substituir a representante do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Estadual, Promotora de Justi\u00e7a, Dra. Maria Auxiliadora Freire Machado, pela Dra.
