{"id":3098,"date":"2016-06-27T17:09:52","date_gmt":"2016-06-27T20:09:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=3098"},"modified":"2017-05-24T17:37:39","modified_gmt":"2017-05-24T20:37:39","slug":"ato-normativo-no-0402013-disp-15042013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/06\/27\/ato-normativo-no-0402013-disp-15042013\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 040\/2013 &#8211; DISP. 15\/04\/2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><b>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/b><\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" align=\"center\"><b>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 040\/2013<\/b><\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" align=\"justify\"><em>Altera o Anexo I do Ato Normativo N\u00ba 135\/2012, que disp\u00f5e sobre a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do \u201cManual de Rotinas Internas e Procedimentos de Controle\u201d do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" lang=\"pt-BR\" align=\"justify\"><b>O PRESIDENTE DO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESPIRITO SANTO<\/b>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" align=\"justify\"><b>CONSIDERANDO <\/b>o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/08\/25\/ato-normativo-no-1352012-alterado-revogado\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ato Normativo TJES N\u00ba 135\/2012<\/a>, que disp\u00f5e sobre a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>\u201cManual de Rotinas Internas e Procedimentos de Controle\u201d<\/strong> do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" align=\"justify\"><b>CONSIDERANDO <\/b>a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o por esta Presid\u00eancia da Norma de Procedimentos 01.07 \u2013 Participa\u00e7\u00e3o de Servidores em Eventos de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" align=\"justify\"><b>CONSIDERANDO <\/b>que esta norma passar\u00e1 a integrar o conjunto de normas de procedimentos do \u201cManual de Rotinas Internas e Procedimentos de Controle\u201d, instaurado pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/08\/25\/ato-normativo-no-1352012-alterado-revogado\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ato Normativo N\u00ba 135\/2012<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" align=\"justify\"><b>RESOLVE:<\/b><\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> <strong><b>ALTERAR o Anexo I do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/08\/25\/ato-normativo-no-1352012-alterado-revogado\/\" target=\"_blank\">Ato Normativo TJES N\u00ba 135\/2012<\/a>, incluindo no Sistema de Compras, Licita\u00e7\u00f5es e Contratos a <\/b><\/strong>Norma de Procedimentos 01.07 \u2013 Participa\u00e7\u00e3o de Servidores em Eventos de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\">Vit\u00f3ria, 12 de abril de 2013.<\/p>\n<p lang=\"pt-BR\" style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><b>DESEMBARGADOR PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA<br \/>\n<\/b>PRESIDENTE DO TJES<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 040\/2013 Altera o Anexo I do Ato Normativo N\u00ba 135\/2012, que disp\u00f5e sobre a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o e manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do \u201cManual de Rotinas Internas e Procedimentos de Controle\u201d do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.
