{"id":3131,"date":"2016-06-27T17:31:12","date_gmt":"2016-06-27T20:31:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=3131"},"modified":"2018-02-08T17:48:52","modified_gmt":"2018-02-08T19:48:52","slug":"ato-normativo-n-0262013-disp-15032013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/06\/27\/ato-normativo-n-0262013-disp-15032013\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 026\/2013 &#8211; DISP. 15\/03\/2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 026\/2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8220;Prorroga o regime de mutir\u00e3o na Comarca de Anchieta&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no artigo 58 da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 15\/95 \u2013 Regimento Interno do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 que atribui ao Presidente compet\u00eancia geral para exercer a superintend\u00eancia de todo o servi\u00e7o judici\u00e1rio, na qualidade de Chefe da Magistratura do Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/27\/ato-normativo-n-0192013-disp-07032013\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ato normativo n\u00ba 19\/2013<\/a>, publicado no &#8220;DJ&#8221; de 07 de mar\u00e7o de 2013, que designou regime de mutir\u00e3o na Comarca de Anchieta no per\u00edodo de 11 a 15 de mar\u00e7o de 2013;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o elevado acervo de processos aguardando cumprimento de determina\u00e7\u00f5es judiciais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>Prorrogar o regime de Mutir\u00e3o na Comarca de Anchieta, no per\u00edodo de 18 de mar\u00e7o a 12 de abril de 2013, em raz\u00e3o de imperiosa necessidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>Indicar a servidora RITA DE C\u00c1SSIA ROSA ALTO\u00c9, matr\u00edcula 20489430, que integra o grupo de trabalho institu\u00eddo pelo ato normativo n\u00ba 018\/2013, para atuar no Mutir\u00e3o da Comarca de Anchieta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
