Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com circunscri\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/2002 (COJES);<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o recebimento do malote digital n\u00ba 80920216097305 enviado pela Secretaria-Geral da Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado de Goi\u00e1s;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a referida comunica\u00e7\u00e3o encaminhada pelo titular do 7\u00ba Tabelionato de Notas da Comarca de Goi\u00e2nia\/GO, noticiando a ocorr\u00eancia de poss\u00edvel falsidade no ato de reconhecimento de firma, referente a altera\u00e7\u00e3o de um Contrato Social da empresa Cara\u00edbas Empreendimentos Imobili\u00e1rios Ltda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a referida Serventia j\u00e1 procedeu o registro da ocorr\u00eancia junto a Policia Civil do Estado do Par\u00e1, conforme Of\u00edcio Circular n\u00ba 079\/2021 da CGJGO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>RECOMENDO<\/strong>\u00a0aos Ju\u00edzes de Direito Diretores dos F\u00f3runs, Membros do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico, Advogados, Not\u00e1rios e Registradores, Serventu\u00e1rios e a quem mais possa\u00a0interessar, que observem o comunicado em anexo, e adotem as provid\u00eancias que entenderem pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<strong>Publique-se.
