ATO NORMATIVO CONJUNTO N\u00ba 004\/2013<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

Atualiza o Grupo Gestor das Tabelas Processuais Unificadas.<\/em><\/del><\/p>\n

O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo e o Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador CARLOS HENRIQUE RIOS DO AMARAL, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, e<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 46\/2007<\/a> do CNJ, que cria as Tabelas Processuais Unificadas do Poder Judici\u00e1rio;<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o Ato Normativo n\u00ba 003\/2013<\/a> e Ato Normativo Conjunto n\u00ba 001\/2013<\/a>, que institu\u00edram as Tabelas processuais Unificadas no \u00e2mbito do 1\u00ba e 2\u00ba graus desta Justi\u00e7a Estadual;<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de atualizar o Ato Normativo 94\/2012<\/a>, com rela\u00e7\u00e3o a altera\u00e7\u00e3o dos componentes do Grupo Gestor;<\/del><\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Atualizar o Comit\u00ea Gestor das Tabelas Processuais Unificadas, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, que ter\u00e1 a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/del><\/p>\n

I – Paulino Jos\u00e9 Louren\u00e7o, Juiz de Direito Assessor Especial da Presid\u00eancia;<\/del><\/p>\n

II – Ezequiel Tur\u00edbio, Juiz de Direito Corregedor;<\/del><\/p>\n

III – Eliazer Costa Vieira, Juiz de Direito;<\/del><\/p>\n

IV – Jeane Will, Contadora Judici\u00e1ria;<\/del><\/p>\n

V – Lauro Bruno Tessarolo de Bortoli, Analista Judici\u00e1rio I.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>Este Ato Normativo Conjunto entra em vigor na data de publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p>\n
