{"id":33326,"date":"2022-01-17T18:07:57","date_gmt":"2022-01-17T20:07:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=33326"},"modified":"2022-01-18T14:52:05","modified_gmt":"2022-01-18T16:52:05","slug":"portaria-no-3-2022-disp-13-01-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2022\/01\/17\/portaria-no-3-2022-disp-13-01-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"PORTARIA N\u00ba 003\/2022 \u2013 DISP. 13\/01\/2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<br \/>\nPODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PORTARIA CGJES N.\u00ba 3\/2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Constituir Comiss\u00e3o Respons\u00e1vel pelos Assuntos dos Servi\u00e7os Extrajudiciais para o bi\u00eanio 2022\/2023.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>O Desembargador CARLOS SIM\u00d5ES FONSECA<\/strong>, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 83\/96 e art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/2002;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Respons\u00e1vel pelos Assuntos dos Servi\u00e7os Extrajudiciais, pela Portaria CGJES n\u00ba 02\/2018, publicada em 20 de fevereiro de 2018, em atendimento \u00e0 Meta 01 apresentada no \u201cI Encontro de Corregedores do Servi\u00e7o Extrajudicial\u201d, realizado em 07\/12\/2017, que assim estabeleceu: \u201c1 \u2013 Criar equipe de servidores, com um juiz respons\u00e1vel pelos assuntos dos servi\u00e7os extrajudiciais, no \u00e2mbito da corregedoria.\u201d;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>a necessidade de atualizar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o da referida comiss\u00e3o em raz\u00e3o de outros projetos sendo desenvolvidos por um dos membros nesta Corregedoria;<\/p>\n<p><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>\u00a0Alterar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Respons\u00e1vel pelos Assuntos dos Servi\u00e7os Extrajudiciais, que passa a ser composta pelos seguintes membros:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2013 Juiz Corregedor<strong>\u00a0MARCELO MENEZES LOUREIRO<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II \u2013 Juiz Corregedor\u00a0<strong>LEONARDO ALVARENGA DA FONSECA<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">III \u2013 Assessor de N\u00edvel Superior para Assuntos Jur\u00eddicos 01\u00a0<strong>WAGNER FRANCO RIBEIRO<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IV Assessor de N\u00edvel Superior para Assuntos Jur\u00eddicos 01\u00a0<strong>MATHEUS BEN\u00cdCIO CEOTTO BRAND\u00c3O<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V \u2013 Analista Judici\u00e1rio \u2013 AE \u2013 Direito,\u00a0<strong>MARCO ANTONIO SEVERNINI<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba\u00a0<\/strong>Esta portaria entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando-se a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2020\/11\/17\/portaria-no-016-2020-disp-17-11-2020\/\">Portaria n\u00ba 16\/2020<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
