{"id":33568,"date":"2022-02-15T16:57:57","date_gmt":"2022-02-15T18:57:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=33568"},"modified":"2022-02-15T16:57:57","modified_gmt":"2022-02-15T18:57:57","slug":"provimento-no-02-2022-disp-15-02-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2022\/02\/15\/provimento-no-02-2022-disp-15-02-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"PROVIMENTO N\u00ba 02\/2022 \u2013 DISP. 15\/02\/2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"Tabela_Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO &#8211; PJES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Tabela_Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA\u00a0JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p class=\"Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PROVIMENTO N\u00ba 02\/2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador\u00a0<strong>CARLOS SIM\u00d5ES FONSECA<\/strong>, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, que disciplina a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo Estado, conforme disp\u00f5e o art. 35, da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/2002;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0ser o C\u00f3digo de Normas a principal ferramenta de que disp\u00f5e a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a para uniformizar a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro judicial e extrajudicial em todo o Estado, sendo imperioso e necess\u00e1rio o constante aprimoramento das diversas disposi\u00e7\u00f5es nele contidas;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a necessidade de padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o do quantitativo de folhas nos livros de notas, a exemplo do que ocorre com os livros afetos ao Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais;<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba.\u00a0<\/strong>Inserir o artigo<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>616-A no C\u00f3digo de Normas Extrajudicial \u2013 Tomo II, da Corregedoria Geral de Justi\u00e7a, com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Cita\u00e7\u00e3o\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Art. 616-A.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>Os livros de notas ser\u00e3o escriturados em folhas soltas, confeccionadas em papel dotado de elementos e caracter\u00edsticos de seguran\u00e7a, composto de 200 (duzentas) folhas cada um.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba.<\/strong>\u00a0Este provimento entra em vigor na data da publica\u00e7\u00e3o, revogando\u00a0se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.
