DECIS\u00c3O\/OF\u00cdCIO\u00a0<strong>DECIS\u00c3O\/OF\u00cdCIO 0710616\/201800448702<\/strong>\u00a0que julgou pela Perda da Delega\u00e7\u00e3o do Sr. DALTON MARCHIORI DEMONIER, titular do Cart\u00f3rio do 2\u00ba Of\u00edcio (Tabelionato), Comarca de Iconha\/ES, ocorrida em 16 de mar\u00e7o de 2021, com o que se extinguiu a respectiva delega\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o decidido nos autos dos Processos CGJES n\u00ba 201800448702 e o disposto no artigo 9\u00ba, \u00a7 2\u00ba, da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 80\/2009, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>DECLARAR<\/strong>\u00a0a vac\u00e2ncia da Delega\u00e7\u00e3o correspondente ao do 2\u00ba Of\u00edcio (Tabelionato), Comarca de Iconha\/ES, a partir de 15\/10\/2021;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"justify\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>DESIGNAR<\/strong>\u00a0para responder pelo expediente da delega\u00e7\u00e3o vaga, a partir de igual data, a Sra.
