Sr. Dr. Fernando Antonio Lira Rangel, MM\u00ba. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro da Comarca de Colatina em exerc\u00edcio, informando que no dia 18.05.2016 ocorrer\u00e1 no Munic\u00edpio a passagem da Tocha Ol\u00edmpica, de forma que diversas vias ser\u00e3o interditadas a partir das 09h, dificultando, assim, o regular acesso ao F\u00f3rum;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a passagem da Tocha Ol\u00edmpica nas vias de acesso ao F\u00f3rum ocasionar\u00e1 transtornos de deslocamento aos servidores, jurisdicionados e operadores do direito em geral;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>, ainda, o Of\u00edcio GAPRE 295\/2016, expedido pelo Prefeito Municipal em 03.05.2016;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ESTABELECER<\/strong> que o expediente forense na Comarca de Colatina, no dia 18 de Maio de 2016, tenha in\u00edcio \u00e0s 14h e t\u00e9rmino \u00e0s 19h, com compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma hora de trabalho a mais no dia subsequente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 13 de Maio de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
