DISP. 12\/05\/2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 29\/2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>ALTERA A ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00c3O DAS CENTRAIS DE APOIO MULTIDISCIPLINAR<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O <strong>Excelent\u00edssimo<\/strong> <strong>Senhor Desembargador<\/strong> <strong>SERGIO BIZZOTTO PESSOA DE MENDON\u00c7A<\/strong>, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o art. 181, par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234\/2002, atribui ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a compet\u00eancia para editar Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es Complementares a fim de instituir normas gerais e necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos do art. 1\u00ba da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/17\/resolucao-no-662011-publ-em-16112011-alterada\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 066\/2011<\/a>, no qual atribui \u00e0s Centrais de Apoio Multidisciplinar atender \u00e0s Varas Judiciais em mat\u00e9ria de fam\u00edlia;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234\/2002 em seu art. 62, inciso I, al\u00ednea \u201cg\u201d, na qual atribui compet\u00eancia \u00e0s Varas de \u00d3rf\u00e3os e Sucess\u00f5es para processar e julgar as causas de interdi\u00e7\u00e3o e tutela, nomeando curador e tutor aos interditos, ausentes e menores;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o C\u00f3digo Civil classifica as mat\u00e9rias afetas \u00e0 Tutela e Curatela como Direito de Fam\u00edlia;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong> Alterar o art. 1\u00ba da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/02\/17\/resolucao-no-662011-publ-em-16112011-alterada\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 066\/2011<\/a>, passando a ter a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;
