Sr. Desembargador S\u00e9rgio Bizzotto Pessoa de Mendon\u00e7a, Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o que consta do EDITAL n\u00ba 012\/2014, referente a vaga de suplente na 1\u00aa Turma do Colegiado Recursal da Capital;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0decis\u00e3o un\u00e2nime do Conselho Superior da Magistratura, em sess\u00e3o realizada em 07\/07\/2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">Convocar o Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor\u00a0<strong>Dr. Paulo Abiguenem Abib,<\/strong>\u00a0MM.
