{"id":3691,"date":"2016-07-05T14:49:40","date_gmt":"2016-07-05T17:49:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=3691"},"modified":"2017-08-03T14:47:12","modified_gmt":"2017-08-03T17:47:12","slug":"ato-normativo-n-0762016-disp-22062016","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/07\/05\/ato-normativo-n-0762016-disp-22062016\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 076\/2016 &#8211; DISP. 22\/06\/2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Poder Judici\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a \u2013 Presid\u00eancia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 076\/2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Altera a composi\u00e7\u00e3o da Comiss\u00e3o Regulamentadora das Intima\u00e7\u00f5es da Fazenda P\u00fablica.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador ANNIBAL DE REZENDE LIMA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/05\/ato-normativo-no-0732016-disp-17062016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 073\/2016<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a de 17 de Junho de 2016, que instituiu a Comiss\u00e3o Regulamentadora das Intima\u00e7\u00f5es da Fazenda P\u00fablica no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; <strong>ALTERAR<\/strong> a composi\u00e7\u00e3o dos membros da Comiss\u00e3o Regulamentadora das Intima\u00e7\u00f5es da Fazenda P\u00fablica no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, para incluir:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I) o Exm\u00ba Sr. Juiz de Direito Dr. Aldary Nunes Junior;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II) o Exm\u00ba Sr. Juiz de Direito Dr. J\u00falio C\u00e9sar Costa de Oliveira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, permanecendo inalterados os demais dispositivos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/05\/ato-normativo-no-0732016-disp-17062016\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 073\/2016<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 21 de Junho de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
