{"id":3874,"date":"2016-07-05T17:51:16","date_gmt":"2016-07-05T20:51:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=3874"},"modified":"2017-02-23T13:05:36","modified_gmt":"2017-02-23T16:05:36","slug":"resolucao-no-0252013-disp-07062013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/07\/05\/resolucao-no-0252013-disp-07062013\/","title":{"rendered":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 025\/2013 &#8211; DISP. 07\/06\/2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 25\/2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Restabelece as atividades da Vara de \u00d3rf\u00e3os e Sucess\u00f5es da Comarca de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O PRESIDENTE DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, Desembargador Pedro Valls Feu Rosa, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, tendo em vista decis\u00e3o do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o art. 181, da Lei Complementar n\u00ba 234\/02, atribui ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a compet\u00eancia para editar Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es, a fim de instituir normas gerais e necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Judici\u00e1ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade constante de implementar melhorias na presta\u00e7\u00e3o jurisdicional, visando sua melhor efici\u00eancia;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es feitas pelo Colendo Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, no relat\u00f3rio da inspe\u00e7\u00e3o realizada neste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, no sentido de implementar melhor distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e servi\u00e7os entre as Varas do Judici\u00e1rio Estadual;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong> Restabelecer as atividades da Vara de \u00d3rf\u00e3os e Sucess\u00f5es da Comarca de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba.<\/strong> Esta resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba.<\/strong> Revogam-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria(ES), 06 de junho de 2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA<br \/>\nPRESIDENTE<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 25\/2013 Restabelece as atividades da Vara de \u00d3rf\u00e3os e Sucess\u00f5es da Comarca de Cachoeiro de Itapemirim.
