PJES<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">RUA DESEMBARGADOR HOMERO MAFRA,60 &#8211; Bairro ENSEADA DO SU\u00c1 &#8211; CEP 29050906 &#8211; Vit\u00f3ria &#8211; ES &#8211; www.tjes.jus.br<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"Texto_Centralizado_Maiusculas\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Centralizado_Maiusculas\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 018\/2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Tabela_Texto_Alinhado_Direita\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador NAMYR CARLOS DE SOUZA FILHO, Vice-Presidente no Exerc\u00edcio<\/em><em>da Presid\u00eancia do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo,\u00a0<\/em><em>no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais,<\/em><em>e tendo em vista DECIS\u00c3O do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno, em sess\u00e3o realizada nesta data,<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>o que estabelece o artigo 8\u00ba da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n\u00b0 074\/2013 e suas altera\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0o limite da disponibilidade or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira da unidade \u201cTribunal de Justi\u00e7a\u201d para o exerc\u00edcio de 2025, estabelecido pela Lei Estadual n\u00ba 12.329\/2024 (Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual),<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado_Recuo_Primeira_Linha\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Reajustar o valor di\u00e1rio da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o de transporte paga aos Analistas Judici\u00e1rios &#8211;
