{"id":44159,"date":"2025-07-07T14:16:20","date_gmt":"2025-07-07T17:16:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=44159"},"modified":"2025-07-07T14:17:51","modified_gmt":"2025-07-07T17:17:51","slug":"resolucao-no-032-2025-disp-07-07-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2025\/07\/07\/resolucao-no-032-2025-disp-07-07-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba 032\/2025 \u2013 DISP. 07\/07\/2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>RESOLU\u00c7\u00c3O N\u00ba<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 032<\/span>\/ 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador SAMUEL MEIRA BRASIL JR., Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, e ad referendum do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal Pleno,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a pol\u00edtica de constante valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p5\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a disponibilidade or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria e financeira da unidade \u201cTribunal de Justi\u00e7a\u201d para o exerc\u00edcio de 2025, estabelecido pela Lei Estadual n\u00ba 12.329\/2024 (Lei Or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria Anual \u2013 2025) e suas altera\u00e7\u00f5es,<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0Fica estabelecido, exclusivamente no m\u00eas de Julho de 2025, o valor de R$ 158,22 (cento e cinquenta e oito reais e vinte e dois centavos) por vale-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o concedido aos Servidores ativos do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p6\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0A partir do m\u00eas de Agosto de 2025 o valor por vale-alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o volta a ser o estabelecido na <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2025\/05\/20\/resolucao-no-023-2025-disp-20-05-2025-2\/\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n\u00ba 017\/2025<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0Esta Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p8\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p9\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 06de julho de 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
