Desembargadora Janete Vargas Sim\u00f5es e protocolado neste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a sob o n\u00famero 2016.00.151.394;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/07\/ato-normativo-no-0712015-disp-06052015-sem-efeito\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 71\/2015<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a Eletr\u00f4nico em 06.05.2015, que alterou a reda\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo 2\u00ba do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/09\/ato-normativo-n-0042015-disp-14012015-alterado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 004\/2015<\/a>, publicado no Di\u00e1rio da Justi\u00e7a Eletr\u00f4nico em 14.01.2015;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Dispensar a Exm\u00aa. Sr\u00aa. Desembargadora Janete Vargas Sim\u00f5es da fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Coordenadora dos Centros Judici\u00e1rios de Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Conflitos e Cidadania (CEJUSC), tendo em vista sua designa\u00e7\u00e3o para exercer a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Supervisora do N\u00facleo Permanente de M\u00e9todos Consensuais de Solu\u00e7\u00e3o de Conflitos (NUPEMEC).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 1\u00ba de Abril de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
