Sr\u00aa. Desembargadora Janete Vargas Sim\u00f5es, Presidente do Comit\u00ea de Ju\u00edzes do Processo Judicial Eletr\u00f4nico do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, a esta Egr\u00e9gia Presid\u00eancia;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong> \u2013 <strong>Alterar,<\/strong> no artigo 1\u00ba do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/05\/ato-normativo-no-0692016-disp-30052016-republicacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 068\/2016<\/a>, a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea de Ju\u00edzes do Processo Judicial Eletr\u00f4nico do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, para fins de:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2013 Excluir, a pedido, a Exm\u00aa. Sr\u00aa. Ju\u00edza de Direito Silvana Maria Ferraz de Souza Fioret;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II \u2013 Incluir, em substitui\u00e7\u00e3o, o Exm\u00ba. Sr. Juiz de Direito Daniel Pe\u00e7anha Moreira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba.<\/strong> Este Ato Normativo entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o, permanecendo inalterados os demais dispositivos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/07\/05\/ato-normativo-no-0692016-disp-30052016-republicacao\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 068\/2016<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 15 de julho de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
