Revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da Subse\u00e7\u00e3o III do Cap\u00edtulo VIII do C\u00f3digo de Normas da eg. Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, composta pelos artigos 256 a 273.<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

O Desembargador RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA<\/strong>, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, judicial, disciplinar e de orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, conforme preconiza do artigo 7\u00ba do C\u00f3digo de Normas;<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n\u00ba 36\/2015<\/a> por meio da qual foi institu\u00eddo e regulamentado o programa de servi\u00e7o volunt\u00e1rio no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico1<\/sup> do artigo 20, prev\u00ea a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de pessoal para exerc\u00edcio da fun\u00e7\u00e3o de agente volunt\u00e1rio de prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 crian\u00e7a e ao adolescente a partir da entrada em vigor do ato, que ocorreu em 06 de agosto de 2015.<\/del><\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. REVOGAR<\/strong> a Subse\u00e7\u00e3o III do Cap\u00edtulo VIII do C\u00f3digo de Normas desta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, denominada \u201cDos Agentes Volunt\u00e1rios de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Crian\u00e7a e ao Adolescente\u201d, composta pelos artigos 256 a 273, tendo em vista a patente contradi\u00e7\u00e3o com o preceituado na Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o TJES n\u00ba 36\/2015<\/a>.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Este provimento entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p>\n
