{"id":47201,"date":"2026-05-12T14:28:15","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T17:28:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=47201"},"modified":"2026-05-12T14:30:07","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T17:30:07","slug":"provimento-no-13-2026-disp-12-05-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2026\/05\/12\/provimento-no-13-2026-disp-12-05-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"PROVIMENTO N\u00ba 13\/2026 \u2013 DISP. 12\/05\/2026"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"Tabela_Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO &#8211; PJES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Tabela_Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA\u00a0JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Centralizado\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PROVIMENTO N\u00ba 13\/2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"831\" data-start=\"682\">O Desembargador\u00a0<strong>Ewerton Schwab Pinto J\u00fanior<\/strong>, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"1058\" data-start=\"833\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0<\/strong>que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o que disciplina a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa em todo o Estado, nos termos do art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/2002;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"1199\" data-start=\"1060\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que o C\u00f3digo de Normas constitui instrumento essencial para a padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o e uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os do foro extrajudicial;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"1505\" data-start=\"1201\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0que o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2025\/06\/05\/provimento-no-05-2025-disp-04-06-2025\/\">Provimento CGJES n\u00ba 05\/2025<\/a> introduziu o art. 758-A ao C\u00f3digo de Normas \u2013 Foro Extrajudicial \u2013 Tomo II;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"1723\" data-start=\"1507\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong>\u00a0a necessidade de harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o normativa, diante da exist\u00eancia de dispositivos conflitantes no C\u00f3digo de Normas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"1733\" data-start=\"1725\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"1897\" data-start=\"1735\"><strong data-end=\"1747\" data-start=\"1735\">Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong>\u00a0Revogar o inciso I do art. 737 do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 Foro Extrajudicial \u2013 Tomo II.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"2068\" data-start=\"1899\"><strong data-end=\"1911\" data-start=\"1899\">Art. 2\u00ba.<\/strong>\u00a0Revogar o par\u00e1grafo \u00fanico do art. 768 do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u2013 Foro Extrajudicial \u2013 Tomo II.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"2140\" data-start=\"2070\"><strong data-end=\"2082\" data-start=\"2070\">Art. 3\u00ba.<\/strong>\u00a0Este Provimento entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0revogando-se as disposi\u00e7\u00f5es em contr\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"Texto_Justificado\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-end=\"2178\" data-start=\"2142\">Publique-se. Registre-se. Cumpra-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
