<\/a>Considerando o disposto no PROTOCOLO DE INTEN\u00c7\u00d5ES N\u00ba 03\/2023 celebrado pelo\u00a0CONSELHO NACIONAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A \u2013 CNJ, O TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO \u2013 TJES, A DEFENSORIA P\u00daBLICA DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO \u2013 DPES, O MINIST\u00c9RIO P\u00daBLICO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO \u2013 MPES, A SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DE DIREITOS HUMANOS – SEDH, O INSTITUTO DE ATENDIMENTO SOCIOEDUCATIVO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO – IASES, A SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DE EDUCA\u00c7\u00c3O – SEDU, A SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DE CI\u00caNCIA E TECNOLOGIA – SECTI, A SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DE SA\u00daDE – SESA, A SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DE TRABALHO, ASSIST\u00caNCIA E DESENVOLVIMENTO SOCIAL \u2013 SETADES, A POL\u00cdCIA CIVIL DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO – PCES E A PROCURADORIA-GERAL DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO \u2013 PGE\/ES;<\/p>\n

Considerando que por meio do\u00a0ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba\u00a0<\/strong>2<\/strong>12<\/strong>\/<\/strong>2024<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0foram designados representantes do\u00a0Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo junto ao Poder Executivo Estadual, referente ao\u00a0PROTOCOLO DE INTEN\u00c7\u00d5ES N\u00ba 03\/2023,<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Considerando a atual composi\u00e7\u00e3o da Supervis\u00e3o e Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o das Varas da Inf\u00e2ncia e Juventude deste Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a,<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba \u2013 Ficam alterados os incisos I e II do\u00a0ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba\u00a0<\/strong>2<\/strong>12<\/strong>\/<\/strong>2024<\/strong><\/a>, que passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n
