Sr. Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do\u00a0Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> ser a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art .\u00a035 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o of\u00edcio n\u00ba 128\/2016\/DF\/INCRA subscrito pelo Diretor\u00a0Substituto de Ordenamento da Estrutura Fundi\u00e1ria, informando que foi editado pelo\u00a0Instituto Nacional de Coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o a Nota T\u00e9cnica INCRA\/DF\/DFC\/N\u00ba. 02\/2016,\u00a0visando corrigir eventual omiss\u00e3o advinda com a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o 17b de 22\u00a0de dezembro de 1980, efetivada por meio da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 82\/2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA<\/strong> aos Magistrados e Delegat\u00e1rios que foi editado pelo Instituto\u00a0Nacional de Coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o a Nota T\u00e9cnica INCRA\/DF\/DFC\/N\u00ba. 02\/2016, com o\u00a0objetivo de corrigir eventual omiss\u00e3o advinda com a revoga\u00e7\u00e3o da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o 17b de\u00a022 de dezembro de 1980, efetivada por meio da Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa n\u00ba 82\/2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
