EM 26\/08\/2008"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PROVIMENTO N\u00ba 11\/2008<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Revoga o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/10\/14\/provimento-no-202007-publ-em-21112007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento n\u00ba 020\/2007<\/a>, de 13 de novembro de 2007, restabelecendo a reda\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0origin\u00e1ria do art. 90 do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador ROMULO TADDEI, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o precedente <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/10\/14\/provimento-no-202007-publ-em-21112007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento n\u00ba 020\/2007<\/a>, que alterou a reda\u00e7\u00e3o do caput e revogou os \u00a7\u00a7 1\u00ba e 2\u00ba do art. 90 do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, tem ensejado expedientes oriundos da Procuradoria da Fazenda Nacional no Esp\u00edrito Santo e da Procuradoria Geral do Estado no anseio de fazer valer as suas prerrogativas;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R E S O L V E :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Revogar o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/10\/14\/provimento-no-202007-publ-em-21112007\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Provimento n\u00ba 20\/2007<\/a>, de 13 de novembro de 2007, restabelecendo a reda\u00e7\u00e3o origin\u00e1ria do art. 90 e seus \u00a7\u00a7 1\u00ba e 2\u00ba do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Este Provimento entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.
