O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais,<\/p>\n

RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. ALTERAR<\/strong> os incisos III e IV do artigo 1\u00ba do Ato Normativo n\u00ba 45\/2012<\/a>, de 19 de abril de 2012, que passam vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n
