{"id":5453,"date":"2016-08-26T15:03:53","date_gmt":"2016-08-26T18:03:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=5453"},"modified":"2017-05-19T13:46:57","modified_gmt":"2017-05-19T16:46:57","slug":"ato-normativo-no-1022012-disp-13092012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/08\/26\/ato-normativo-no-1022012-disp-13092012\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 102\/2012 &#8211; DISP. 13\/09\/2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 102\/2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-107-de-06042010\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 107<\/a>, de 06 de abril de 2010, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, que instituiu o F\u00f3rum Nacional do Judici\u00e1rio para monitoramento e resolu\u00e7\u00e3o das demandas de assist\u00eancia \u00e0 sa\u00fade;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de atualizar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Executivo do F\u00f3rum Nacional da Sa\u00fade no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o prevista no artigo 1\u00ba, \u00a7 2\u00ba da Portaria n\u00ba 25, de 22 de mar\u00e7o de 2011, da lavra do Ministro Cezar Peluso, Presidente do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Alterar a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do Comit\u00ea Executivo Estadual do F\u00f3rum Nacional da Sa\u00fade no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, com o intuito de substituir o Carlos Jos\u00e9 Cardoso, M\u00e9dico, Corregedor do Conselho Regional de Medicina &#8211; CRM-ES pelo Dr. Oswaldo Luiz Pavan Junior, Vice-Presidente do Conselho Regional de Medicina &#8211; CRM-ES.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Incluir o Dr. Jorge Henrique Valle dos Santos, Juiz de Direito Titular da 2\u00aa Vara dos Feitos da Fazenda P\u00fablica Estadual da Comarca de Vit\u00f3ria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Indicar a Dra.
