{"id":5472,"date":"2016-08-26T16:48:29","date_gmt":"2016-08-26T19:48:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=5472"},"modified":"2017-05-19T13:35:54","modified_gmt":"2017-05-19T16:35:54","slug":"5472","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/08\/26\/5472\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 094\/2012 &#8211; DISP. 06\/08\/2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 094\/2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e regimentais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-46-de-18122007\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00ba 46\/2007<\/a> do CNJ, que cria as Tabelas Processuais Unificadas do Poder Judici\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-65-de-16122008\/\" target=\"_blank\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o N\u00ba 65\/2008<\/a> do CNJ, que disp\u00f5e sobre a uniformiza\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero dos processos nos \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Poder Judici\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. Instituir, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, o Comit\u00ea Gestor da Numera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica e das Tabelas Processuais Unificadas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. O Comit\u00ea Gestor ter\u00e1 a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I \u2010 o Juiz de Direito Paulino Jos\u00e9 Louren\u00e7o, na qualidade de Juiz Assessor Especial da Presid\u00eancia;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II \u2010 o Juiz de Direito Eliazer Costa Vieira;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">III \u2010 a servidora Jeanne Will.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>. Compete ao Comit\u00ea Gestor da Numera\u00e7\u00e3o \u00danica e das Tabelas Processuais Unificadas, empreender as medidas necess\u00e1rias ao cumprimento dos objetivos das Resolu\u00e7\u00f5es CNJ N\u00ba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-46-de-18122007\/\" target=\"_blank\">46\/2007<\/a> e N\u00ba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/09\/14\/resolucao-cnj-no-65-de-16122008\/\" target=\"_blank\">65\/2008<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong>.
