{"id":5624,"date":"2016-08-29T14:35:33","date_gmt":"2016-08-29T17:35:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=5624"},"modified":"2017-05-18T17:35:29","modified_gmt":"2017-05-18T20:35:29","slug":"ato-normativo-no-0492012-disp-24042012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/08\/29\/ato-normativo-no-0492012-disp-24042012\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 049\/2012 &#8211; DISP. 24\/04\/2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 049\/2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Altera o prazo inicial para acesso e credenciamento\u00a0de Magistrados no sistema INFOJUD<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador PEDRO VALLS FEU ROSA, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que cabe ao Presidente do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, na qualidade de Chefe m\u00e1ximo do Poder Judici\u00e1rio Estadual, superintender os trabalhos judici\u00e1rios e administrativos;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Ato_Normativo_027-2012.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Ato Normativo n.\u00ba 27\/2012<\/a>, que estabeleceu normas para acesso e credenciamento de Magistrados no sistema INFOJUD;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que o Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, em aten\u00e7\u00e3o ao princ\u00edpio da economicidade, decidiu pela aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de novos e-tokens atrav\u00e9s da modalidade licitat\u00f3ria de ades\u00e3o em Ata;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 1\u00ba. ALTERAR<\/strong> para o dia 01 de julho de 2012 a data inicial da vig\u00eancia da obrigatoriedade do uso do sistema INFOJUD no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 2\u00ba<\/strong>.
