DISP. 04\/04\/2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 42\/2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador Pedro Valls Feu Rosa, Presidente do Egr\u00e9gio Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos do Of\u00edcio n\u00ba 004\/COMJE, de 09 de abril de 2010, oriundo do Colendo Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong> Instituir, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, o Comit\u00ea Estadual respons\u00e1vel pela Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito deste Tribunal, com a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I &#8211; Desembargador Samuel Meira Brasil J\u00fanior &#8211; gestor da concilia\u00e7\u00e3o em 2\u00ba Grau;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II &#8211; Ju\u00edza de Direito Janete Vargas Sim\u00f5es &#8211;
