Instituir, no \u00e2mbito do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, o Comit\u00ea Estadual respons\u00e1vel pela Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito deste Tribunal, com a seguinte composi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del>I &#8211; Desembargador <strong>Samuel Meira Brasil J\u00fanior<\/strong> &#8211; gestor da concilia\u00e7\u00e3o em 2\u00ba Grau;<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del>II &#8211; Juiz de Direito<strong> Victor Queiroz Schneider<\/strong> &#8211; gestor da concilia\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito dos Juizados Especiais;<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del>III &#8211; Ju\u00edza <strong>Gisele Souza de Oliveira<\/strong> &#8211; gestora da concilia\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito dos ju\u00edzos C\u00edveis e de Fam\u00edlia.<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Compete ao Comit\u00ea manter permanente interlocu\u00e7\u00e3o e integra\u00e7\u00e3o com o Comit\u00ea Gestor Nacional (projeto do Movimento pela Concilia\u00e7\u00e3o), do CNJ.<\/del><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><del><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
