N\u00ba 49\/2016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vit\u00f3ria, 25 de agosto de 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ASSUNTO<\/strong>: <strong>Ato Normativo Conjunto n\u00ba 14\/2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Excelent\u00edssimo (a) Senhor (a) Juiz (a) de Direito,<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de regulamentar e uniformizar os procedimentos de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o dos programas de acolhimento familiar e institucional por parte do Poder Judici\u00e1rio, conforme art. 95 do ECRIAD;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que dentre as medidas empreendidas nesse sentido est\u00e1 a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/06\/07\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-0142015-disp-04092015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ato Normativo Conjunto 14\/2015<\/a>, que regulamenta a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o anual dos programas de acolhimento familiar e institucional de crian\u00e7as e adolescentes sob medida protetiva no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> ainda que, atrav\u00e9s das auditorias rotineiras no SIGA\/ES, foi identificado que muitas unidades judici\u00e1rias ainda n\u00e3o realizaram a inspe\u00e7\u00e3o no ano de 2016;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Determino<\/strong> aos magistrados com compet\u00eancia em mat\u00e9ria de inf\u00e2ncia e juventude c\u00edvel que cumpram o contido no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/06\/07\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-0142015-disp-04092015\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ato Normativo Conjunto n\u00ba 14\/2015<\/a>, realizando pessoalmente as inspe\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es de acolhimento familiar e institucional sob sua responsabilidade e, na sequ\u00eancia, preencham, at\u00e9 o dia 31 de outubro, o formul\u00e1rio pertinente disponibilizado no SIGA\/ES.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Atenciosamente,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Desembargador <strong>RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA<br \/>\n<\/strong>Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a<br \/>\nPresidente da CEJA-ES<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/07\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-0142015-disp-04092015\/\">ATO CONJUNTO N\u00ba 14\/2015 (CLIQUE AQUI)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A OF\u00cdCIO CIRC.
