{"id":6284,"date":"2016-09-06T17:16:36","date_gmt":"2016-09-06T20:16:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=6284"},"modified":"2018-02-22T16:24:47","modified_gmt":"2018-02-22T19:24:47","slug":"oficio-circular-no-0642014-disp-03092014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/09\/06\/oficio-circular-no-0642014-disp-03092014\/","title":{"rendered":"OF\u00cdCIO-CIRCULAR N\u00ba 064\/2014 &#8211; DISP. 03\/09\/2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"center\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESPIRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA-GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Of\u00edcio-Circular n\u00ba 064\/2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador CARLOS ROBERTO MIGNONE, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0 <\/strong>ser a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0 <\/strong>a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/09\/16\/resolucao-cnj-no-154-de-13072012\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 154, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a<\/a>, de 13 de julho de 2012, que define a pol\u00edtica na utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos oriundos da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de pena de presta\u00e7\u00e3o pecuni\u00e1ria;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0 <\/strong>a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/06\/27\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-0022013-disp-18012013\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ato Normativo Conjunto N\u00ba 002\/2013<\/a>, em 21\/01\/2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO\u00a0 <\/strong>a publica\u00e7\u00e3o do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Oficio_Circular_119-2013.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Of\u00edcio \u2013 Circular n\u00ba 119\/2013<\/a>, em 19\/03\/2013.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong> <strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> que na expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do <strong>ALVAR\u00c1 para levantamento dos recursos oriundos da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de presta\u00e7\u00e3o pecuni\u00e1ria sejam informados o c\u00f3digo de conv\u00eanio e o n\u00famero da conta corrente da Unidade Gestora \u2013 UG, conforme elencados no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Oficio_Circular_119-2013.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Of\u00edcio-Circular n\u00ba 119\/2013<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
