CGJES N.\u00ba 201400474337<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador <strong>CARLOS ROBERTO MIGNONE<\/strong>, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> ser a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa do foro extrajudicial com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n.\u00ba 234\/02 c\/c art. 37 da Lei n.\u00ba 8.935\/94;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a solicita\u00e7\u00e3o contida no Of\u00edcio Circular n.\u00ba 04\/CNJ\/COR\/2014, de 09 de abril de 2014, da Corregedoria do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, a fim de que seja expedido of\u00edcio circular aos respons\u00e1veis pelas unidades do servi\u00e7o notarial e de registro deste Estado, a fim de que atualizem os dados cadastrais de suas respectivas serventias em 30 (trinta) dias;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DAR CI\u00caNCIA<\/strong> a todos os delegat\u00e1rios de unidades do servi\u00e7o notarial e de registro deste Estado acerca dos termos do <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>Of\u00edcio Circular n.\u00ba 04\/CNJ\/COR\/2014<\/em><\/span>, de 09 de abril de 2014, da Corregedoria do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a, conforme c\u00f3pia anexa ao presente of\u00edcio, oportunidade na qual foi determinada a necessidade de atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos dados cadastrais de suas respectivas serventias junto ao Sistema Justi\u00e7a Aberta Extrajudicial no prazo de 30 (trinta) dias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O acesso ao Sistema Justi\u00e7a Aberta Extrajudicial ser\u00e1 feito atrav\u00e9s do endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnj.jus.br\/corporativo\"><strong>www.cnj.jus.br\/corporativo<\/strong><\/a>\u201d, cujo manual do usu\u00e1rio encontra-se acess\u00edvel mediante logon de cpf e senha, localizado na barra de menu da p\u00e1gina principal na op\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>\u201cmanual\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eventuais dificuldades de acesso ao sistema dever\u00e3o ser resolvidas diretamente pelo helpdesk atrav\u00e9s telefone (61)2326-5353 ou por meio do endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico <a href=\"mailto:sistemasnacionais@cnj.jus.br\">sistemasnacionais@cnj.jus.br<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
