{"id":659,"date":"2016-06-01T15:40:55","date_gmt":"2016-06-01T18:40:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/10.99.253.4\/corregedoria\/?p=659"},"modified":"2017-08-01T18:55:43","modified_gmt":"2017-08-01T21:55:43","slug":"ato-normativo-no-3522015-disp-22122015","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/06\/01\/ato-normativo-no-3522015-disp-22122015\/","title":{"rendered":"ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 352\/2015 &#8211; DISP 22\/12\/2015"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><em>GABINETE DA PRESID\u00caNCIA<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ATO NORMATIVO N\u00ba 352\/2015<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR DESEMBARGADOR ANNIBAL DE REZENDE LIMA, PRESIDENTE DO EGR\u00c9GIO TRIBUNAL DE JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES LEGAIS, E<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> os termos dos artigos 8\u00ba e 42 da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/10\/17\/resolucao-cnj-no-115-de-29062010\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 115 do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a<\/a>, de 29 de junho de 2010;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o disposto no art. 3\u00ba, inciso II da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 158, de 22 de agosto de 2012, do Conselho Nacional de Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2017\/04\/20\/ato-normativo-no-382010-publ-01092010\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 38\/2010<\/a>, publicado no DJ de 01\/09\/2010, com a reda\u00e7\u00e3o conferida pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/20\/ato-normativo-n-0112014-disp-10012014\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 11\/2014<\/a>;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/06\/27\/ato-normativo-no-0332013-disp-25032013-alterado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 33\/2013<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong>. Designar Marl\u00facia Ferraz Moulin, Ju\u00edza Auxiliar de Precat\u00f3rios da Presid\u00eancia do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, para integrar o Comit\u00ea Gestor das Contas Especiais, tendo como suplente o Juiz Estadual Ricardo de Rezende Bas\u00edlio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong>. Os Ju\u00edzes de Direito designados no art. 1\u00ba deste Ato Normativo tamb\u00e9m passam a integrar o Comit\u00ea Estadual de Precat\u00f3rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong>.
