Sr\u00ba. Dr\u00ba. Frederico Ivens Mina Arruda de Carvalho, MM\u00ba. Juiz de Direito da Comarca de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Cal\u00e7ado, que comunica acerca da falta de acesso \u00e0 internet no F\u00f3rum da referida Comarca desde o dia 13 de Setembro de 2016, inviabilizando, assim, o regular desempenho das atividades forenses, inclusive nesta data;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o dos atos e prazos processuais na Comarca de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Cal\u00e7ado, nos dias 13 e 14 de Setembro de 2016, ressalvando-se, contudo, a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 14 de Setembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
