Sr. Dr. Frederico Ivens Min\u00e1 Arruda de Carvalho, MM\u00ba. Juiz de Direito da Comarca de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Cal\u00e7ado, que comunica acerca da falta de acesso \u00e0 internet no F\u00f3rum da referida Comarca no dia 15 de Setembro de 2016, inviabilizando, assim, o regular desempenho das atividades forenses;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINAR<\/strong> a suspens\u00e3o dos atos e prazos processuais na Comarca de S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 do Cal\u00e7ado no dia 15 de Setembro de 2016, ressalvando-se, contudo, a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 15 de Setembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
