SR. DESEMBARGADOR S\u00c9RGIO LUIZ TEIXEIRA GAMA, CORREGEDOR-GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Egr\u00e9gia Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme o artigo 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96 e artigo 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que nos termos do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/index.php\/2016\/10\/17\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-052010-publ-em-27042010\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ato Normativo Conjunto n\u00ba 005\/2010<\/a>, compete ao Eminente Desembargador Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a designar o (s) servidor (es) respons\u00e1vel (eis) pela guarda das declara\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas pelos magistrados relativas a bens e valores que comp\u00f5em o seu patrim\u00f4nio, do seu c\u00f4njuge ou companheiro, filhos e outras pessoas que vivam sob sua depend\u00eancia econ\u00f4mica;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Designar o servidor Hermann Andrade Cruz respons\u00e1vel pela guarda das declara\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas pelos magistrados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> A coordena\u00e7\u00e3o desses trabalhos ficar\u00e1 sob o crivo do servidor Jadir Guilherme Fernandes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 3\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Este provimento entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
