EM 23\/12\/2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PROVIMENTO CGJ N\u00ba 29\/2009<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Disciplina o hor\u00e1rio de funcionamento dos servi\u00e7os notarial e de registro durante os dias 24\/12\/2009 e 31\/12\/2009.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador S\u00c9RGIO LUIZ TEIXEIRA GAMA, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96 e art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Ato TJES n.\u00ba 1.675\/2009 (publicado em 14\/12\/2009) que estabelece que, nos dias 24\/12\/2009 e 31\/12\/2009, as reparti\u00e7\u00f5es subordinadas ao Poder Judici\u00e1rio funcionar\u00e3o das 08 \u00e0s 14 h;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ESTABELECER<\/strong> que, nos dias 24\/12\/2009 e 31\/12\/2009, os servi\u00e7os notarial e de registro no Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo funcionar\u00e3o das 08 \u00e0s 14 h.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Publique-se.
