PROVIMENTO n\u00ba 029\/2009<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

Revis\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a.<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

O Excelent\u00edssimo Senhor Desembargador ROMULO TADDEI, Corregedor-geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e:<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo Estado, conforme disp\u00f5e o art. 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96;<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que as recentes e profundas altera\u00e7\u00f5es dos C\u00f3digos de Processo Civil e Penal, apontam para a necessidade de altera\u00e7\u00e3o e moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a;<\/del><\/p>\n

CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> ser imprescind\u00edvel a unifica\u00e7\u00e3o, atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o das diversas normas existentes;<\/del><\/p>\n

RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 1\u00ba.<\/strong> Aprovar a revis\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o no foro judicial de primeiro grau e extrajudicial do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 2\u00ba.<\/strong> Tornar o C\u00f3digo de Normas dispon\u00edvel no portal pr\u00f3prio da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a na internet, em formato PDF, de onde poder\u00e1 ser copiado.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 3\u00ba.<\/strong> Revogar os Provimentos apresentados no Anexo I, assim como quaisquer outros atos que contenham disposi\u00e7\u00f5es contr\u00e1rias ao novo C\u00f3digo de Normas.<\/del><\/p>\n

Art. 4\u00ba.<\/strong> Este Provimento entra em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/del><\/p>\n
