Sr. Min. Nilson Naves, encaminhando sugest\u00f5es do setor jur\u00eddico do Banco do Brasil, que podem conferir maior seguran\u00e7a no cumprimento das ordens judiciais ;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de se minorar os riscos para o Poder Judici\u00e1rio quando do cumprimento de cartas precat\u00f3rias envolvendo as institui\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 1\u00ba &#8211; DETERMINAR<\/strong> que os magistrados certifiquem-se da pr\u00e9via autenticidade e origem das cartas precat\u00f3rias que tenham por objetivo o cumprimento de ordens judiciais visando o desbloqueio e libera\u00e7\u00e3o de consider\u00e1veis import\u00e2ncias;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Esta certifica\u00e7\u00e3o poder\u00e1, inclusive, ser feita atrav\u00e9s de um simples telefonema ao Ju\u00edzo Deprecante;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 3\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Este provimento entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.
