{"id":8192,"date":"2016-10-13T14:44:18","date_gmt":"2016-10-13T17:44:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=8192"},"modified":"2016-10-13T14:44:18","modified_gmt":"2016-10-13T17:44:18","slug":"provimento-no-362005-disp-18102005","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/10\/13\/provimento-no-362005-disp-18102005\/","title":{"rendered":"PROVIMENTO N\u00ba 36\/2005 &#8211; DISP. 18\/10\/2005"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PROVIMENTO N\u00ba 036\/2005<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Exm.\u00ba Sr. Desembargador FREDERICO GUILHERME PIMENTEL, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no exerc\u00edcio de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme artigo 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual 83\/96;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Lei 4.847\/93 determina em seu artigo 48, \u00a7 2\u00ba, a remessa mensal \u00e0 Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a da comprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos recolhimentos das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es previstas nesta lei, acompanhada do relat\u00f3rio a que se refere o artigo 54;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o do Sistema de Arrecada\u00e7\u00e3o permitir\u00e1 a esta Corregedoria o total controle dos recolhimentos e demais informa\u00e7\u00f5es pertinentes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R E S O L V E<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Dispensar as CONTADORIAS JUDICIAIS:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I &#8211; Da remessa prevista no art. 48, \u00a7 2\u00ba, da Lei 4.847\/93.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">II &#8211; Da emiss\u00e3o e remessa prevista no art. 54 da Lei 4.847\/93.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Este provimento entra em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>REGISTRE-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PUBLIQUE-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CUMPRA-SE.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 13 de outubro de 2005.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>DES.
