Sr. Desembargador FREDERICO GUILHERME PIMENTEL, Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais, e<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme artigo 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 83\/96;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a imprescind\u00edvel necessidade de unifica\u00e7\u00e3o, atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e padroniza\u00e7\u00e3o das diversas normas existentes;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que tais medidas contribuir\u00e3o para um melhor aproveitamento e compreens\u00e3o das normas estabelecidas, facilitando sua consulta;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R E S O L V E :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba<\/strong> Aprovar a revis\u00e3o e consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, com aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em todas as serventias oficializadas e n\u00e3o oficializadas do Poder Judici\u00e1rio do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba<\/strong> Revogar os artigos e Provimentos apresentados no ANEXO 01, contr\u00e1rios \u00e0 norma estabelecida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 3\u00ba<\/strong> Apresentar as modifica\u00e7\u00f5es introduzidas por este Provimento no ANEXO 02.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 4\u00ba<\/strong> Este Provimento entra em vigor na data da sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Registre-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cumpra-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria\/ES, 02 de Dezembro de 2005<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Desembargador FREDERICO GUILHERME PIMENTEL<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a PROVIMENTO N.\u00ba 038\/2005 Revis\u00e3o e Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo de Normas da Corregedoria-Geral da Justi\u00e7a.
