Desembargador <strong>RONALDO GON\u00c7ALVES DE SOUSA<\/strong> Corregedor-Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais e,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>ser a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme art. 35 da Lei Complementar Estadual n\u00ba 234\/02;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>o disposto nos \u00a7\u00a7 1\u00ba ao 3\u00ba do art. 51, do C\u00f3digo de Normas desta Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, com vistas ao mantenimento do cadastro de dados das partes devidamente atualizado nos sistemas informatizados;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/06\/27\/ato-normativo-conjunto-no-0062013-disp-09042013\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ato Normativo n\u00ba 06\/2013<\/a>, publicado em 09\/04\/13, que regulamenta os procedimentos de remessa <em>on line<\/em> das informa\u00e7\u00f5es dos d\u00e9bitos de custas processuais vencidas e demais receitas do FUNEPJ \u00e0 SEFAZ\/ES;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba.
