{"id":8201,"date":"2016-10-13T15:14:47","date_gmt":"2016-10-13T18:14:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/?p=8201"},"modified":"2017-11-01T14:44:05","modified_gmt":"2017-11-01T16:44:05","slug":"provimento-no-402005-disp-28122005","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.tjes.jus.br\/corregedoria\/2016\/10\/13\/provimento-no-402005-disp-28122005\/","title":{"rendered":"PROVIMENTO N\u00ba 40\/2005 &#8211; PUBL. 28\/12\/2005"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PODER JUDICI\u00c1RIO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>CORREGEDORIA GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>PROVIMENTO N\u00ba 40\/2005<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O EXCELENT\u00cdSSIMO SENHOR CORREGEDOR-GERAL DA JUSTI\u00c7A DO ESTADO DO ESP\u00cdRITO SANTO, EM EXERC\u00cdCIO, DESEMBARGADOR ALEMER FERRAZ MOULIN, NO USO DE SUAS ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES LEGAIS E,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> que a Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado do Esp\u00edrito Santo \u00e9 \u00f3rg\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, disciplina e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, com jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o em todo o Estado, conforme artigo 2\u00ba da Lei Complementar Estadual 83\/96;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o Of\u00edcio n\u00ba 407\/PR, datado de 14 de novembro de 2005, encaminhado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat\u00edstica-IBGE, no sentido de que seja determinado aos Cart\u00f3rios do Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais para que conste o n\u00famero da identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Nascidos Vivos (DN), bem como o n\u00famero de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00d3bitos (DO), nos respectivos livros de assentamentos;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> a necessidade de integra\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o entre as bases de dados mantidas pelo IBGE e pelo Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, para a compatibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos sistemas de estat\u00edsticas vitais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO<\/strong> o parecer aquiescente da Auditoria Interna desta E. Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211; DETERMINAR<\/strong> que, a partir de 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2006, conste dos livros de assentamento de nascidos vivos, bem como dos livros de \u00f3bitos, o n\u00famero de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Nascidos Vivos (DN) e de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00d3bitos (DO), respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par\u00e1grafo \u00danico &#8211; Os n\u00fameros de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o a que se referem este artigo n\u00e3o constar\u00e3o das respectivas certid\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Este provimento entra em vigor em 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2006.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.
