Sr. Dr. Alexandre Farina Lopes, MM\u00ba. Juiz de Direito Diretor do Foro do Ju\u00edzo da Serra, que comunica acerca da interrup\u00e7\u00e3o do fornecimento de energia el\u00e9trica nos bairros em que se situam os im\u00f3veis do Ju\u00edzo no dia 14 de Outubro do corrente, conforme avisos divulgados pela ESCELSA, inviabilizando, assim, o regular desempenho das atividades forenses;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESOLVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 1\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> Fica suspenso o expediente forense no Ju\u00edzo da Serra no dia 14 de Outubro de 2016, restando, de conseguinte, suspensos os atos e prazos processuais na referida data, devendo a aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o das medidas urgentes ser realizada pelo Juiz Plantonista da 1\u00aa Regi\u00e3o escalado para tal dia, em regime de sobreaviso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Art. 2\u00ba &#8211;<\/strong> O expediente dever\u00e1 ser compensado com uma hora de trabalho a mais nos dias \u00fateis subsequentes (17, 18, 19, 20, 21 e 24 de Outubro de 2016).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Publique-se.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vit\u00f3ria, 13 de Outubro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Des.
